Cries of Choir' is the tragic situation of the population of Guet Ndar, a small traditional village of fishermen in Saint Louis du Senegal. This village is located in the Langue de Barbary (Barbary tongue) between the sea and the river. Stuck between the increasing water level and an overpopulation problem, the inhabitants must live in cramped conditions in small houses containing sometimes up to 50 people. Against this backdrop, a young father (Doudiang Seck) shows us the despair at the heart of this community.
