Synopsis

Despite his postgraduate degree Bobero faces unemployment in France. His legal guardian, an old retired man, suggests that he return to his native country in order to help develop it instead of living in poverty in a host country where nothing seems to go his way. Wavering between tradition and religion, faith and reason, administrative and sentimental constraints, will the young man follow the advice given by his guardian? Going back home...to find the wisdom of his forefathers...in order to cease being a foreigner...to avoid becoming a foreigner in his own country...to fulfil his duty? "Tomorrow your lamp will shine if you decide yourself to light it."
